PenDay

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PenDay mobile application ("PenDay", "the app"), published by QoopLabs OÜ ("we", "us"). By downloading or using PenDay you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PenDay on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services / App Store Terms of Service.
Some features require a paid subscription ("PenDay Pro"), which may include a free trial. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your App Store account. The price, billing period, and any free-trial length are shown to you before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms; we do not process payments and do not issue refunds directly.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for all of your own medical decisions. Keep your export passphrase safe: if you create an encrypted transfer file, we cannot recover the passphrase or the file's contents if you lose it.
PenDay's reminders are created and scheduled on your device using the operating system's notification features. We do not guarantee that any reminder will be delivered, as delivery depends on your device settings, notification permissions, and operating-system behavior. Do not rely on PenDay as your only means of remembering a dose.
PenDay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information it displays is complete or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QoopLabs OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, missed dose, or reliance on the app or on information it displays. PenDay does not replace professional medical care.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of PenDay after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
