Privacy Policy
Last Updated: November 21, 2025
QoopLabs OÜ ("we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in Estonia, operates the Morrow mobile application (the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Information Collection and Use
We are a "Privacy-First" application. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data on our servers.
- Personal Information: We do not require you to create an account, provide your email, or share your name to use Morrow.
- Usage Data: All your preferences, selected categories, and history are stored locally on your device using your phone's native storage.
2. Data Retention
Because your data is stored locally on your device:
- We do not have access to your data.
- Deletion: If you delete the Morrow app from your device, all your data (preferences, history, favorites) is permanently deleted from your device. We cannot restore this data for you.
3. Third-Party Services
While we do not host a backend server, we use trusted third-party services to handle specific infrastructure needs, specifically In-App Purchases.
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchase infrastructure.
- RevenueCat may collect anonymous App User IDs to validate your subscription status.
- This data is strictly used to ensure you get access to the "Pro" features you paid for.
- For more information on the privacy practices of RevenueCat, please visit the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store & Google Play Services: Payment transactions are handled entirely by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We never see or store your credit card information.
4. GDPR Rights (EU Users)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights regarding your personal data. However, since QoopLabs OÜ does not collect or store your personal data on our servers, the following applies:
- Right to Access: You have full access to your data because it lives on your phone.
- Right to Erasure: You can erase all your data at any time simply by uninstalling the application.
- Right to Portability: Since we do not sync data to the cloud, data portability is limited to your device's native backup features (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive backups).
5. Security
The security of your data is important to us. Since your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data relies primarily on the security of your device itself (e.g., your phone's passcode/FaceID).
6. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
